DIY mesh grills.

just curious to know if anyone made theyre own from something like drywall mesh and how did it come out? what kind of mesh did you use? did it come out ghetto? just curious, pics would be dope.
ive been trying but its not as easy as it looks. trying to get the top folded and getting the curve of the grill are prolly the hardest part. besides that, its prety str8 forward.
Here is a rough start to my buddies ripped off front bumper. We used mesh from hope depot and a bar for more stability. We still need to straighten the angles, sand, and paint the grill. I think it looks pretty good considering the damage. I am also about to put some mesh on the xb when i finally get it back from the shop.

I didn't really need to cut, because the bottom of the bumper was already ripped off so we just trimed it back on both sides and ruff sanded it. We still need to go back and square everything up and paint the insides of the edges white.
