Default electric seats

Anyone know how to get seats that will raise up? Right now I am looking to get an xB, but when my wife test drove it she had the same complaint about my '95 4Runner. She can't see over the steering wheel. That is what I get for marrying a midget. So anyone know of anywhere to get vertically adjustable seats?

a booster seat would work.....just kidding..but from my knowledge dont think they have electric seats for the scion unless its custom. Now if the car is only driven by your wife i would suggest redoing the seat brackets & raising them. But if you drive the car too, then i have no solutions for you.

Hi,

My mom used to use a cushion from a fishing boat to sit on. It was soft enuff to not hurt, but firm and sturdy enuff to last a long time.

We have lowered seats before for ppl, in the process of lowering mine about an inch, im sure they could be modified by extending the seat brackets rather than removing metal. Just never had anyone ask to have thier seat raised.

what u can do is.... take off the bolts and get longer ones with nuts between the seat and the floor to literally lift u up as high as u want without cutting or really modifyinguse the bolts or something like it as a spacer for the seats)

lol I would love it if we could install electric seats... might as well get some heated seats too.

Actually unless i was gonna go full luxury interior... I wouldn't mind getting a manually adjustable seat... it makes me kinda wonder if we can take parts from the tC... (like those reclining rear seats)

actually I read about people putting in washers and nuts, and using longer bolts..
its in some old old posts...
you can definately do things that way... but she must be pretty short not to be able to see over the steering wheel.
