Default Finally got a Scion

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. Saturday I went to a dealer that had one in the color I wanted in stock. I couldn't help thinking in the back of my mind on the drive up there that I was going to be disappointed by the size and the power. I got there and walked up to it still thinking that it was going to be cramped inside...I open the door and look in and I was amazed, completely amazed. I climbed in the backseat and there was tons of room, even with the seat all the way back. But I still had to test drive it, and again I was amazed. It's actually a lot quicker and more nimble than I expected. So we go inside and sign the papers on it. I pick it up on Thursday, they have to install the foglights, spoiler, and cruise control on it. It's a Thunder Cloud Metallic Auto and I can't wait till Thursday when I can get rid of the gas-guzzling truck and get in to something that looks better and has more room and gets a lot better gas mileage.

omg wyldkard I'm in exactly the same position right now, I have a gas-guzzling truck right now, but I want a xB so bad.

I haven't had my truck very long though.. ugh :?

I had only made 9 payments on my truck. LOL I got it last June/July in that time frame and I couldn't take the gas-guzzling. And they've only sold Scions at this dealership for about a month, so I feel lucky to be the only one around my area with one.

Congrats.

I got rid of two fun but gas guzzling cars for two xB's. An auto and a stick. I've never thought twice about getting rid of them now.

Congrats are in order. I jsut bought mine yesterday and am loving it so far. Well, considering I drove a 1985 300zx Turbo for almost 7 years anything from this decade would be an upgrade. I still feel the need for speed so upgrades are in order.

Well, I picked up my box on Friday. I gotta give props to Tom aka scionicfreak, he's one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with and he's a really good guy. Also, he's working on something pretty cool right now that I won't mention until it's a definite. Thanks again Tom.
