Are there any owners of Xb's in Florida, Ive only seen 1 other one in NE florida. Im sure there are more just looking for others close. And is anyone going to Tuner bash in Daytona>>??

Hey everyone... there are a few in Florida.. I am in Miami and have had mine since August of last year. There are also a few I have seen around. Fended is in Miami also and has had his a few months I believe.

 

Scion Dealership in Naples said they have sold 4 this month. Get ready for a surge of Hot Lava as the Ft. Myers dealership said they are supposed to get 4.

 

Do you know when the Naples Florida dealership is going to get their first Hot Lava Xb R1 and how many they are going to get in total?

 

Not sure when it's supposed to come in but it's already spoken for (not by me but someone else) According to the sales guy I talked to that's the only one they are getting.

spoke with Toyota today - what they claim is that all the S.E. Toyota dealers will be getting ONE xB RS1.

Most of the RS's are in port already, but are being held until more ships arrive (there are 4 ships in total arriving).

Once each dealership allocates it's ONE Hot Lava xB, they will be given additional units based on what the demand is.

As far as "demand" - Toyota claims that along the Gulf Coast, there is none for xB RS1 - no one's asking (ordering) them.

I live in Jacksonville. I've been waiting to see some more Scions around. Havent seen a single other Scion on the road yet! Only a few elements(rolls back windows down to say "hi")

I'm in J-ville too. I finally saw my first one on the road tonight at Chik-Fil-A at the corner of Atlantic and Hodges. I think it was the dark red color.

 

Yes, I am in Florida and am actually waiting for my xB to arrive at the dealership here in Sarasota. I had a horrible experiance with Gettel Toyota/Scion in Bradenton, FL and decided to go to Germain Toyota in Sarasota, FL.

I am waiting on my Polar White and put my deposit down already. It's supposed to arrive on March 8th or 9th. Anyways, I think I'd rather have an RS 1.0 for the extra grand or so. Think there is any way they'd let me alter that? It's probably already spoken for if each dealer is getting only one of them. Any idea when they will arrive? I might call my dealer tomorrow and inquire about that.

I might get to the tuner bash in Daytona, I am from there, so it would give me a reason to visit some people too. =)

 

I live in Gainesville and I'm renting a polar white xB for the weekend to see if we want to buy one. Everyone in town is going nuts about it. People are going to break their necks trying to get a glimpse of it. My husband took it to gas it up and 3 different people came up to him and were like, "What is that?" they all wanted to see inside it like it was a lamborghini or something!! I just can't believe the reaction it's getting.

I live in Naples and had a bad experience with Germain Toyota. Got my deposit back after some threats and ordered at Ft. Myers Toyota. They treated my wife and I much better. And the bull cr*p dealer charge was half the cost in Ft. Myers. By the way the Naples sales"woman" said they were getting at least two in March. That was the first "red flag for me".
