My opinion is the front lokks empty without them or something there, never can have enough light !

Scion offers a decent package, the price is a little steep in my opinion, if there are some aftermarkets and the price and install would be a snap then I would sway away from Scion and get the others - Same plugins and wiring and so forth !

Hope that helps

I agree that something needs to be in that space, but the brightness needs to be increased.

Amen. Gotta have something there, but it's a lot of money for just a fill for a slot. :?

Agree with Randode, they look great but don't really add that much overall light.

I say get the fogs! Like others say it adds to the look.

Just a quick side question...has anyone tried putting yellow bulbs in their fogs lights? If so, how did they look?

Majority rules, fog lights are a must to make the front end look better, but who wants to pay $260+ for the feature. I saw someone selling a set for $160 on our classifieds, now that i would consider.

I tend to disagree, I have the sylvania bulbs, I think they fill out the headlamp beams nicely...

i have aftermarket amber foglights installed on mine right now. i put them in the lower grill opening, and i think they look great. i didn't want them for the light output, since they are only foglights. they were $30 at autozone, and i installed them myself. i really wanted them because of the amber light output.

as far as replacing the bulbs with amber ones in the factory foglights, i haven't seen those yet. i think that supreme power is selling some, but those are the first ones that i've ever seen at a decent price. the amber definitely looks hot, especially when you keep the amber turn signals.

i still want to get the factory foglights and rewire them so that they are turn signals instead. i think that bigmex has them like that. my friend pointed it out, but i didn't actually see them in action. the price is the only thing holding me back. i'd rather buy springs or a strut bar or an intake, etc. for that money.

The Scion fog lights don't do much in front but they do put out a useful number of photons to the sides. Nice in pitch-dark parking lots or when the city's too broke to fix the streetlights.

Street price is $230 or less and it's an easy install:
