Default Generic door lock actuators

It seems door lock actuators in our otherwise wonderful cars are prone to premature failure. I know there is a way to replace the motor on the cheap, but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with generic door lock actuators sold on eBay and elsewhere. There is a 2-wire deal:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-Car-Auto...item5aefa5e80b

And a 5-wire one:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Universa...24fa00&vxp=mtr

Which one would be right?

Thanks to all for your input!

You may want to go with a 2 wire actuator, I recommend SPAL.
