hey guys, been searching everywhere for the easiest DYI on getting something out of my AC.I hear it rolling around in there when I accelerate or step on the brake and I dunno what it could be. What's the easiest way to get something out of the AC vent? Any Links for step by step is much appreciated..

 

You'll probably have to remove the dash to get to the AC vents. You might try an auto parts store first for a remote grabbing tool. It's a cable-operated three-finger grasping tool, about 12-18" long. You press a button on the end of the cable and the three fingers spread out. Release the plunger, and the fingers grab your object.

 

Let me go to a local auto parts store to check it out..Thanks for the suggestion. Hopefully I'll be able to find something that's bendable since it seems like the vent goes down in a weird angle..

 

Yes, those grabbers are flexible. You can tie them in a knot and they still work.
