I was looking to do leather seats eventually , and I was just curious, instead of going nuts trying to do leather xb headrests from the originals, would any other headrest fit in the scion xbs tracks ? like for instance finding a pair of leather headrests from another vehicle? if so which car would fit dont know too many people with leathe interior that would let me try it

 

I know the tCs rear headrests fit the back seats on the xB but not the front. Other than that im not sure.

 

hmm , gota do a lil research , till then everyone, try swapping your headrests with some friends, lets see what fits in the box : )

 

I have the Rear Headrests in the Front & nothing in the back. Have to Pull a bit to get them to fit & they barely slide.
