Headrest cover removal

I am new at the modding thing and want to get my headrests embroidered but don't want to ruin the headrest and not sure how to take the cover off and put it back on. Any help is greatly appreciated.

it is glued on... even when you recover it with katkins you leave the stock fabric on... i was going to do the same with mine before i got my katzkins but then figured out that you cannot remove the fabric without destroying the headrest
