Is it me, or do the heater controls seem awfully hard to adjust? Not very smooth at all, more like stiff and only a few detents. Doesn't seem Toyota like at all. ANy fixes?

 

I would not consider mine stiff, the ***** nor the fresh/recirculate lever. At least compared to an Echo.

 

The outlets for the heater/ac were so stiff on my car that I thought they were not adjustable, as in aiming them to where you wanted the air to blow. I think we are cautious sometimes, not wanting to break things. But, I put more force on them and they now swivel all around.

 

I'm missing a piece out of my blower control so it glides now.

 

Are you talking about the *****? I replaced mine with JDM
Crystal ***** and they seem easier to turn. I can't see the llevels anymore, but they are easier to turn.

 

the temp one in my b is kinda hard to turn. otherwise, everything else is fine.
