I believe it's AEM that makes your CAI. I have it and the TRD muffler. You should be happy, but I'd invest in some Dynamat if I were you. It gets a good amount louder in the cab with these options. Also, get the spoiler. I didn't and am very mad I did not. Other than that, the interior lights are cool, actually really sweet, but too pricey. The bazooka sounds good, but you can get a lot more for $429.

i know i can get alot of it for cheaper, but the whole reason for getting a new car is to make use of the warrenty, and it have factory installed parts that warrented by the warrenty.
as i said before i havea current car that is(was, im stripping it to sell)heavily modified, i didnt care so much for looks, the Xb is a great looking car at a super price, however the only draw back i saw to it was its relativley small diaplacement and power output, its giving a good porportion of power to displacement but it still lacks a bit of pep, especialy when test droven, the whole reason to get the trd parts. Can anyone here tell me what the scion security system consists of, im kind of iffy about spending like what, 4-600 dollars on it if its not that good id rather take that off and put the full offering of scions factory performance parts on it.
also the website only offers the 15inch 7 spoke wheels, i want the 18inch trd wheels but its not listed on the website, hopefully when i back to the dealer this weekend i can arrange to have the 18's installed.
also in reference to the dynomat suggestion, im sure i wont mind, my current car had no trunk no plastics, no rear seats, and a 2.25inch cat back exhaust system, while driving it i couldnt even talk to someone else, im sure the scion will purr compared to my lanos.

like i said my only concern is the power output, but ill take it as a chance to live my life a bit more frugal for the next 3 years, save money on gas and more enconomy, then after the 3 year warrenty is up, shell probably recieve the same treatment i did to my daewoo, port matching intake and exhaust manifolds, port and polish the manifolds, internal headwork, etc... i do all my own work, so it costs nothing

no dealer can exclude and part of your warranty from use of aftermarket parts unless they can prove that it broke the part or that the install caused damage. but yeah cool stuff , i'm just tryin to save ya money is all.

good looking out bro, but i think im going to go legit, for once in my life, lol plus once i start paying for this car, thats it, i cant afford anything else, so needless to say, any extra parts will be hard to save up for, im not good with money, lol

but good looking out anywho. ive been trying to search through the forums here researching all the parts im getting installed, many such as the FSB ive decided not to pay the like 300 bucks for because i know something such as a FSB doesnt cost that much, plus i have made my own before, and with my new tube bender it shouldnt be to hard to do agiain.

i would like to add more options to it, but im going to barley be able to afford the payments and insurence as it is, you know how that goes.

picked up my box saturday, the dealer told me no bank will finance any of the TRD parts or performance parts i wanted to add to it, so i couldnt get them yet, they wouldnt take my car as a trade in either, so i have to sell it seperatly and use the money to pay for the TRD ____.

right now its stock from the dealer, all it had on it was the spoiler, floor mats and the rear bumper applique. i added teh security and the 15 inch 7 spoke rims but they arnet in yet.

Thats a nasty looking daewoo, too bad they didn't work out here in the states. I almost bought one 2 years ago, cheap and ready for the mods...

BS!! We finance TRD stuff through banks all the time when they are bought with the car. Al long as it's listed as an accessory on the vehicle a bank will have no problem financing it.

The dealer was pulling your chain. We have about 15 banks we can use here and ALL of them will finance anything we add to a Scion (wether it's a Scion part or something we had added like Katzkin Leather).

Tell him the rest they did not want to take his car also because of the low margin they couldn't adjust price for his trade......
