Dumb question, but i don't know jack. (What's the largest wheels you can get on xb without having to get rubberband or low profile tires, this includes same question but difference with lowering springs?)

 

Depends on your definition of low profile tires. 19s fit(ish) 18's run w/ 35 series, 17's run with 40 or 45 series. Some consider all of the above to be low profile. 17s will still give you a good amount of rubber.

 

18" wheels would get the biggest rubber w/ 40 series tires anything above 18 goes 30-35 series only. In my opinion i would go 16" wheels w/ a nice beefy tire if not & you like 18" wheels, get 1 40 series tire, you'll appreciate more than a 35 series. I've heard people on this forum w/ 18" wheels that go as low as 2.5 drop & still ride kool, but i think a 2" drop on 18's would be perfect.

 

thanks, im calling low pro tires like pirellis i have right now, got in minor accident and am thinkin bout replacing wheels with 17s or 15s

 

17s look good and you can run 40 series with a drop and no rubbing. Theres still a decent amount of rubber there.
