Default Help me please

I am fed up with my wheel and tire package. I hurt and pay everytime I hit a bump. Have new tires with only 10 % ware and now I need to replace two tires, cause of rips in sidewalls due to hitting bumps and holes.

I want to down grade to 17's and i want to see what all the boxes with 17s look like. 17 x7,7.5, 8, 8.5. I want to know how can I search for that option or is it easy to ask for posting pics of 17 x whatevers? I would search but don't know the best way to ssearch if that is what one should do. It is what alot of people tell most newbies to do.

I bought mine with the wheels you see in the picture..18's
they like having tobbogans on each wheel for the winter
I put on a set of stock 15's and good snow tires for the winter..and the ride is super compared to the 18's

what is it you have now that you dont like?

xCube, I know whacha' mean. I rock the 18" TRDs in the summer and it's annoying when you don't see a pothole coming and then...BAM! There goes a bent wheel or a busted tire. I'm thinking about downsizing myself...

im keepen my stock tires for the winter, im also getting a set of 15" KONIG with 195/50/15. i had a set this size once befor and it rode very nice. plus it didn't chew a nasty hole in my wallet like a rabid racoon every time i needed to buy tires

For 18" guys you might try 215/40/18 tire size. Fit most applications (depending on offset) and give a little more protection and a softer ride than the normal 215/35/18. They make a much greater difference in ride quality than you would expect from this small an aspect ratio change. The extra 1/2" gives more cushion to the wheel as well but big chuckholes might still lunch a wheel.

About wheels. Is Les Schawb a good place to go to get wheels? Do they do a good job in balancing it too? I'm planning to buy a set of new shoes for my box someday. I can relate to the pothole incedents. I scream everytime I run over one. It's mega-queer.
