Default Hi there...

I couldn't find a "Newbie forum" so I just started a thread here; hopefully this is ok. Anyways, just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Manny and I am a new owner of a 06' xB. The xB is just going to be my nice little daily driver to get me from work-home. I am not new to the forum scene or car scene for that matter. I am a regular on SR20forum.com. My real passion is my original B13 Nissan Sentra SE-R. It has made 523 whp & 409 wtq @ 24 psi...boost is so lovely I haven't taken her to the track as I need to fix the headgasket and install a rollcage in the car. Hopefully during my stay here I will be able to learn a lot from these little fun lunchboxes.
Here are som pictures of my SE-R:

Welcome to the Scion family. I like that SE-R you got there. I recently sold my '91 SE-R cause I wanted to do some mods to my xB...I miss my SR20...

We are not jealous. Why our boxes can attain in excess of 108 HP!!!! Welcome aboard and good luck with the box. At least you did not utter the famous last word of most noob's: "I don't plan on modding my car".

you say that now. trust me, its a slippery slope once you start.

kinda like a can of pringles, once you pop you just cant stop. ... but then again, that leads to obesity. xBs lead to light pockets.. *shrug*

I know about the slope My Sentra is a constant reminder
The most expensive thing this little box will see is some wheels. Other than that, this will be my Nissan parts hauler

Welcome. Thats one sweet ride you got. BTW is that the different front end? Never saw a sentra with that before.

Yes. It is called the Tsuru front-end. These Sentras debuted in the U.S. back in 1991. In Mexico, these Sentras came out 12 yrs. later under the name of Nissan Tsuru. The only difference is a remodeled front end and the engine.
