How cold should the A/C - air condition get??

I felt the AC is not working right my my xA also. I also compare our other xB and is doing not so well either...I don't know if that only happened to the first came out Scion. Some people said their Scion get really cold. The 04 Civic I am driving now is also icy cold.

My a/c was down to 40 degrees the other night
