one way to do it...
Have the picture hosted on somewhere like photobucket or yahoo photos and then use the [Img] box at the top of the box when you are typing your new post and put the link to the picture in between two of the Img boxes it would look like this in your typing:
and once you click submit you will be able to see your image in the post
