I wanted to paint mine yellow but i feel like its going to be too much yellow since i already have yellow stuff added to my car. Would it look too random & ugly if i did them in red? I think it would kinda cool & different but i want opinions before i do it.

 

as long as the calipers are the only thing you'd do in red, I think it'd be ok.

I know an RS2 with red accents EVERYWHERE, and it looks quite wack. tastefully done, though, i'd be cool if that's what you're going for.

Please don't paint the drums.

i would say stay yellow or go black, too many people do red and i feel it has been spoiled.

 

You gotta do the srums in the same color as the calipers. It's only right. I did mine in gun metal and really like the subtle look.

 

It was a hard choice for me too. I ended up going black ( I always hated the dull gray). I'm happy with it.

 

I only have choices between red, yellow, silver, or blue lol(and the yellow is SPRAY)

 

so then just dont paint it, there is no need to

I have an RS2.0 and mine are red...Yes, I used the spray can method! Piece of cake...Here are the pics...These are when my rims were stock color Konig Unknowns...

 

Your choices are endless. You can use one of many different color high heat engine enamals on the market. Does not have to be caliper only paint.

Ain't that the truth...That overspray will find parts that are not protected...This is my form of RockBlocker...

I meant the choices from the store I went to. I ordered yellow caliper paint from another, but I was just looking at the current available choices in case I decided to do it before the 10 days when the paint comes in.
