Default I got one!

Hey, I posted last week about whether I should get an 05 or 06 (thanks again everyone for all the help). Well, I just got a Black 06 with alloy wheels and rear spoiler. And like, 16.5k miles on it. My first choice would have been blue, but black was my second choice, and I may just be starting to like the black better now. haha, and luckily, it has a center armrest. I like it, though I do wish the steering wheel could be adjusted to be lower than it goes. Feels kinda like a bus steering wheel. hah

I haven't been able to locate the AUX jack yet though. Someone please give me a hint. haha

ok, so I'll be adding a few things. Just on the inside, and I'm not sure when exactly, since funds are limited:

An Autobot symbol decal in the center of the back window. hehe

A guitar amp in the back, so I can just pop open the back and plug in and play.

Some sort of DVD. I'd like to have a TV/DVD deal, but I'm not sure how much that'd run me.

Congrats. Nice lookin' ride. If you're anything like me and the many others here, you'll grow to love it! One of the main reasons this is true for mine is because it is loyal! Give it a beating and ittl keep on rollin!

yeah, when you talk to your xb, it will respond. I said i was going to trade it in and it started drive badly. It would be very rough on the clutch. But now i tell her i'm keeping her, she rides like butter now. I think it's cool. I call her "pretty". That's her name.

Ha ha ha. mine did the same thing when i brought him to the dealer to see about getting a new xB. (him = Ollie = my xB) he stared running rough, the steering got weird, and he is sucking down gas like a fiend.

Can't you just plug the guitar into the aux jack with a 1/4" adapter?

i think the boxes have their own personality. Mine does, she acts very badly when i speak of "trading in"...... So i just going to keep her now, she does everything i need, and the new xb is ugly. I hated it, i loved, wanted it, now i hate it again.

Thanks guys!

Would it be safe to plug a guitar into the AUX jack? I wouldn't wanna damage the speakers or anything. I mean, I still wanna have the amp put in, but I so wanna try playing through the car speakers now that you gave me the idea. haha

Definitely an original mod. Unless I'm mistaken. I would like to see this. It's kinda like that one commercial with AXL ROSE was playing a guitar I think it was a VW commercial.

It was Slash playing guitar. AXl might think he can do everything by himself ,but he can't.

I knew your persistance would pay off. Props for finding a nice xB at a nice price with low miles.
