most of them are a type of pop out, you could get them online with the part #, or you could go to parts store, popout the one on the other side and use it for reference on the parts they have.
what year is your car?

Always go to Toyota parts first. Even if you aren't going to get the part there, always find out the correct part before you start asking some hilly billy at some cheap parts store that has no idea what you really need and just wants to make a dollar.

No no no. You have to physically go into a dealership. They will show you a diagram of your car with the part you need on it, and you just point it out. Or, you can walk about to your car with them and point out what you need and they will order it for you. Over the phone will never ever work. How are you supposed to explain over the phone what part you are trying to get? If you were saying, "I need a new hood," that sounds reasonable, but not for what you are trying to get.

They will probably give you some clips for free at the dealership. If not I think they are like $0.50 a piece. Go talk to them. If they really can't get you any, and you can't find them, pm me and I will send you a handful. good luck!

Yeah, the plastic push clips are pretty universal on Scions. They come in only a couple varieteis. But yeah, the dealership will sell them to you for about a dollar a piece. They usually have those on hand at all times. Some of the other push clips under the hood are different and they usually don't keep those on hand, but yeah, for the wheel well, they'll have them. Just plan on spending about a dollar for each one. And be gentle with them when you install them, they break super easy, especially when pulling them out. I've seen a lot of people snap theirs.
