I want intake, exhaust and pulley,
I'm sure I will get a huge response of a lot of different answers, but what are the best of them, I got $750.00 to spend....

If you have that much to spend on just those 3 things you should have no problem.
CAI- depends on what you want. Most get the AEM or the Injen short ram.
Exhaust- how loud do you want it? Most are straight through flowing so they do little to muffle the sound. If you want to go just a little louder than stock I'd go with the TRD.
Pully- go with the Perrin. I've heard good stuff about it. Personally though, I don't see a real need for that sort of thing.
These are just my personal choices. I'm sure others will chime in with their opinions too.

Aren't CAIs illegal? Well for CAI: AEM or Injen. Exhaust: TRD sounds nice, and I'm not sure as to how Blitz sounds tho. And not sure about the pulley, Perrin is the only one I've heard of.

The name brand ones should have a C.A.R.B. number on it to show it is approved for road use. Unless you have to be inspected I wouldn't worry about it though.
