Hello. I just picked up my XB about a week ago and I love it. I have a question about the radio. I got the Ipod radio with Sirius. I noticed that if you hold down the middle button is asks what car type it is. It was set on TC from the factory but their is also an option for XB and XA. I set it to XB but it sounds better when set to XA. Can anyone tell me what this means? Should I leave it set to XB or Xa? I dont understand what these selections do but i notice a signifigent difference in sound quality on all 3 selections. Thanks

 

I have my set on Xa because to me it sounds better

 

I also use xA setting because the highs and lows sound more even and louder. I think the settings are supposed to be adjusted based on the dimensions of the interior or something.

 

Holy Schnikes! I just learned something new today, and yeah, the xA setting sounds MUCH better!

Wow It does make a big difference.Mine was also set to TC but like everyone said xA sounds better.
