I dont know the difference between that 1 and the stocker
It can be alittle thicker and not as restrictive as the stock one....it will keep your enging running cooling then stock
Koyo is a nice brand, but dont think its worth puttin on our cars, unless you got some mod thats generating alot of heat. Also, Im not exactly sure, but I dont think by swapping just a radiator will really help the "cooling" part unless you go the full lenth. i.e. high pressure radiator hoses, thermostat n switch, etc.

I am not talking about that stupid show crap...I am talking about performance upgrades
Ya dude, that picture is just idiotic. When do you not see those led lights being used? ____...WE buy them to do the DIY cupholder lighting so obviously that product does have some benefit and the company was correct in bringing it out.
and for the radiator, the stock one looks ____ty. I drove my car without the front bumper on for a few days (just around town) and it did look like crap so I would definitly get this 1.because like dink said, they are not gunna make it just for the hell of it...and 2. people will see KOYO and think i'm hardcore
and it will show thru my bodykit and grill so i know i'm getting more air.

o.k. I was being sarcastic, to a point. What I was trying to do was to counterpoint the comment about companies not making stuff that wasn't necessary. To me, that's just plain stupid. If that was the case they wouldn't make tornados and those magnetic-ionizing fuel things and God knows what else. There's a sucker born every minute and you had better believe the manufacturers will exploit that fact! Now, I'm not saying that the Koyo radiator in question is pointless, a little overkill maybe, but not pointless. It serves it's purpose, stock or modded engine. And if it's got a bigger or better tranny cooler, that's even better for the slushbox guys.
Now the comment about looking hardcore with "KOYO" showing through the body kit. I hope that was sarcasm too. If not, somebody makes a front mount cold air induction that looks like an intercooler.

A lil sarcasm...that was just for all the kiddies that see me on the street, see the body kit, and see the cold air polished piping thru the foglight hole and ask if it's turboed. Plus I had an ARC intercooler on my POS 240 so I was very popular when people are able to read those letters. thats what I mean by having KOYO visible...it just gives me something more for people to think I have some hardcore ____ on my ride

You had a ARC Intercooler??? I bet you spent a pretty penny on that...plus its okay if your becoming popular with that name...because ARC means extremely high quality
i have a koyo radiatorin my rs1.0. i also have an OBX yellow urethane hose kit and a lower tomp thermo. i am also running water wetter. as for showing it off...the radiator sits behind the a/c condensor. so no-one actually sees it.
Hmmm.
The best way to make your engine run cooler is to simply remove the thermostat. You could have the ocean as your radiator but it will still run at 180 F with the stock thermostat in place.
And cooler temperatures are not always better. You need a certain temperature to get proper ignition, fuel economy, and emissions performance - and in most cases hotter is better. However the trick for the engine designer is to avoid two things - detonation and meltdown. So unless your thermostat is constantly open and your engine temperature continues to run away, a bigger radiator won't do a thing for performance.
But if you're talking about a really high performance engine, then an upgraded radiator is a must. How many HP do you intend to put in the xB so that it needs more cooling? I don't know the HP limitations of the stock cooling system, but I'm sure it has some margin built into it.
