I am thinking about the different ways of buying my xB, when I
get it in late July. I am getting 18" Rims & Tires from
Rirerack.com, TRD Springs and Muffler where ever I can find them
cheapest. I am not going to have these installed at the
dealership. But my question is, can you modify a leased vehice? I
am planning on buying it at the end on the lease anyway. But incase
that 2009 xB looks good what would I do. Swtich out all of my mods
and put back on the stock equip, then turn it back in to the dealer
and re-install the mods on the 2009?? Can you even do that?? Is it
allowed???? Any advise.
So lost

Put it back to stock before you turn it in and you should be fine, as far as the lease goes.
As for a 2009 xB, I wouldn't count on it. Toyota has said that they will be replacing Scion models, not updating. So when the current xB has had it's run, that will be it. A new model will replace it.
