tight!! I think the tissue box in my car needs some spiffing up.

Tissue boxes were a big thing in the late 50's and 60's...I guess people had more runny noses then!! Are they becoming popular again??

as far as materials, I just went to my local craft store (Hobby Lobby)
and picked up a premade wooden tissue box, did all the sanding/painting,
and threw some lights in it towards the opening.

all the wiring was done similar to any other interier lights. i ran the
tissue box to my already existing led lights.

I might post a step by step tech about it for people who might be interested.

have it up there all time due to the fact that it could be hazardess in case of
an accident..

I keep my tissues in my huge armrest/console outta sight.

 

just need a cool cover and its VIP all the way! ahaha. I just keep them in my car just in case(and I was sick last week too so that's also why). Looks best in that section above the glovebox.

 

I would put it in that section above the glove compartment, but I
already have a VIP table there...

 

Old school tissue boxes were mounted under the dash, and generally had pivots on them so they rotated out toward you for tissue access. The more desired ones in that day had chrome faces. Here is a representative link. Mod one for a Scion??

a tissue box on your dash can kill you!!!! i keep a little packet in the oven! and 1 in the glove compartment.

FYI dont leave zip ties in your car w/o sissors or a knife of sorts.... left one in my car from my internal led mod... stupid friend found it and put it around his tumb! be careful out there!
