Why do people insist on using Imagestation? I see that link and I'm don't even bother (I'm not the only one). Anytime you gotta register to just look at a pic ......

Looks pretty good. I'm not usually a big fan of the crooked plate thing. I guess I just see too many cars missing a license plate bolt...

Gotta give you guys props for going for it like that. I know it was hard for me to even cut plastic parts, well at least at first...

That red 2-tone looks pretty good too, but the paint looks all flat... HEHEHE JUST KIDDING The way it matches the candy tails is beautiful!

The crooked plate thing says two things to me.
1. Early 1990s mini truck (which isn't necessarily bad or good)
2. Crooked is easier than getting it perfectly straight

thanks guys for the compliments and the reason i did put it crooked off to the side was one .. keep the liftgate release button and two ... through some minitruckin flavor into it. thats also why im going to put the caddy tailights in. im trying to hit a whole buch of eras and make it one off because i do it all my self (except the vinyl)
thanks again and ill post more pics when the tails are done.

It'll be interesting to see how the Caddy lights work out. Are you going to run them up into the C pillars? Or do you have other plans?

I hate crooked license plates. BUt it looks like you did a good job as far as the body work goes. Id like to see someone put the plate in the bumper.

Nice. Not for me, but I can still think it's nice.
Reminds me of the 1980's, that is for sure.

yea the caddy lights will run into the cpillar by like 3 inches ...

if you want to see a plate in the bumper buy a body kit .
nothing custom about that , mass produced products ...

Looks like a good job shaving the back etc.. but I don't like the crooked license plate. It looks like something I should see in Detroit where the license plate is dangling cause soemone didn't have enough money to put another screw in it.
