My 2005 scion xb just started last evening out of the blue locking/unlocking of the doors at random. I disconnected the battery and reconnected it, I also removed the battery out of the remote entry thinking that was doing it....no such luck it still is flashing and locking and unlocking. The only way to get it to stop was to remove the fuse for the power locks. Anyone have any ideas??

WOW! It's POSSESSED!! ( or maybe not ;^)

The first thing that came to mind, not from locking/unlocking experience, just general electrical experience, is that you have a ground problem. Look for corrosion or loose connections where the lock circuitry connects to ground, and you might find your problem.
