I think its that most of them are on the montly payment plan. You know pay for the car each month & use a CC to buy the parts that way they can pay that off over time to. If any of you can just dish out the flat cash to by a new car & the parts please hit me up with some I need to get me a scion

Unfortunately, when I order mine, I will have to overpay for the parts I can get from the dealership (Intake, fogs, spoiler, etc) because I won't have the cash on hand to drop for everything aftermarket. Good things about that is, you can have it adding into your financing that way, and if the dealer installs it, you shouldn't have any concerns with warranty.

I do plan to add rims and a few other touches of my own once I get the box, but all in all, less than $2k on mods out of pocket doesn't seem that bad.
