my rear window was broken about an hour and a half ago, i was asleep when my alram and two pager(thanks bill) went off. when i walked outside there was glass everywhere and a huge fricken brick or rock sitting ontop of my sub box and the top of my rear seat was torn. i was wondering if anyone had any idea how much the rear window is to replace? or do you all think it would be avail at any glass shop? i live in a kinda small town so i doubt anyplace here would have it.

 

just got a quote from safelite autoglass 483.83! that sucks, im gonna talk to my ins in the am or in a little while.

They didn't take anything did they? Sounds like the alarm did it's job. How long will it take for the glass people to get your glass? I think I remember horror stories about it taking weeks to get the glass. But the xB is nation wide now so I would hope it wouldn't take that long.

He said there was a brick on his sub box so my guess would be no. Damn that stinks

OEM glass should oonly take 1-3 days dpending on which part of the country you're in..I know of several A/M compainies that have glass readily available for half the price...

thanks for all the kind replys guys and gals, my glass should be here tomorrw or mon hopefully. i did not see who did it but im glad i didnt because who knows what would have happened. they didnt take anything it seems they did it just to do it or because they are jealous or something. i can truly stand by the alarm that scionspeacialties(bill) sells it really did its job. at least nothing was taken and it just makes me want to make my xb even better now to ____ those punks off even more. :twisted: :twisted: thanks again yall.

thanks again guys, glass has been installed looking better now i just need to get the seat repaired where the stone or glass tore it and i need to get my rear bumper buffed out where the glass sctratched. i just got out of work so im going to go and take out my subs so i can take out the glass that went into my ports. laterz.

 

glass is all out subs are out and spare tire is out, think im going to do somethin crazy dont know yet? laterz

thought about it but only for spl purposes, im thinking crazy in like my system kinda way im not a violent person. i think my xb was damaged due to jealousy so im going to make it louder and look better than before.
