Default My XB vs a tree branch. (56k, u can try)

So i went out yesterday and went to a friends house. I parked my box not to far from his house in an open area. We left to the movies and watched Superbad ( which was quite funny), anywho when we came back after a few hours i noticed orange cones in front of my Box. I did not think much of it just thought they trimmed leaves but boy was i wrong. My friends roommate took these photos of the tree branch actually on my car. I was shocked to see them because when i got there the city had cut the branch off. I got quite a bit of body damage so im in the process of dealing with my Insurance. DAMN TREE!!

Trees on cars was a common sight here in Chicago a few weeks ago when we had a terrible rain storm with wind gusts up to 70 mph, lots of damage around here, especially in the north and west suburbs...
Btw, hope everything works out with the insurance company...

only if the city planted it, their trees shouldn't just drop branches like that.

wow crazy occurence. hope they dont give you any hassles about fixing it. insurance companies are awesome and have great customer service...until you are trying to make a claim. then magically you cant get ahold of anyone and they give you the run around.

good luck!

I've seen worse, saw a silver one that the owners dropped a pine tree in, the middle of the roof touched the floor
