Default My Zeta Products Armrest Review

i got the armrest today and installed it in about 15 minutes

the reason i went with this one over the other one currently available is because i didnt want to cut into my seat

it looks good, much better in person then the pictures lead you to think

quality: 8/10
ease of install: 10/10

my only gripes are that is kind of short and should have extended further back, also it is kind of hard considering there is no storage i would have thought to have had a little cushion

not bad at all and quite a relief to finally have an armrest

woot

Yeah, you can use the cupholder and according to the website's summary, it swings up out of the way (folds up). Groovy ^_^

I too have the Zeta armrest...first produced thankyou Angelo!!!

It installs in minutes, flips up if you want and mounts very solid.
Didn't have to cut seat apart, drill holes into console or fill up cupholder.
Easy access to the seat belts and e-brake. Good quality vinyl w/close/good color match for interior.

It could be alittle farther to the rear so passenger w/seat fully back can have more to rest on. Also, no storage, but do we really need ant more cubby holes in here. Overall, for the quality, installation and price you can't go wrong.

Mention Scionlife and save a little.

my Zeta Products armrest kicks butt. The pictures on the Zeta site are exact in the way it looks in all xB's. also remember they have a version for the xA.

Shipping was nice the item came in a real nice box as long as the beams that hold it together. Putting it together was easy as can be. Install into car was great, would of been super fast if not for the plastic pieces you have to remove from the seat rails.

I am really happy... rest hold my weight really nicely and give the cars interior a nice look. down the road I will look into putting a slip cover on it but for now its great.

Thanx ZETA Products!!!

I also got a Zeta and think it's OK but could use a few revisions. Installation is easy and it does look OK but was way too low for my taste. I made a couple of wooden brackets and covered them with back tape to extend the height about 3 inches. Now I can rest my arm on it while driving and don't need to fold it for handbrake access. I think it would be better if mounted about 2 inches farther to the rear, so that it is more in line with the seatbacks when folded.

I'm ready to order an armrest. After reading all the reivews of the different types, Zeta seems to be the choice. So, how can I save a little? Who do I "mention Scionlife" to? Thanks!!

I PM'ed kDawg, but he never got back to me.

I'm curious to the height on this armrest. Can someone measure how far above the seat belt connectors the armrest is? Is the armrest about the same height as the elbow rests on the door panels? A little higher?

I just want to make sure this is for me before ordering......

Maybe a pic of one of you guys sitting in the vehicle showing it in action, lol

Thanks

The height of the Zeta armrest is about 14-1/2" up from the seat track.
