Jeff, it's the dark green one. Didn't see a neon green one.

 

I have a pw in the packaging with the 2 cars as well as the 4x4.

and I have never seen the gold one before!!

 

there are three of them and the pic is a little out of focus cuz its a close up its hot lava
pkg says 1/50th but looks more like 1/43

 

Sweet! Who makes these? Where did you find them? They appear to be bB's so Im assuming imported from Japan. That is a very nice set and find, love the spoiler and sun roof.

 

nevermind, I found them on Ebay listed under Toyota bB! $25 each shipped from Singapore. All I can find on the brand is "RMZ Die Cast Collection." Metal body, pull back action, lights and sound. Very nice, but $25 a piece will have to wait.

I didn't mean it like that. I meant why not use an xB in the same red that Jrs. car was. Make it an exact replica just in an xB instead of Monte Carlo.

 

Just got back from a diecast recon run. Found these at the local Toys-R-Us. Just restocked, might want to take a look at yours. There were quite a few more of these left if anyone interested.

Yep, I scored the purple xB over a year ago, and pawned the other cars off to one of my wife's coworkers kids.

hotwheelz4me those cars are pull back and they play sounds
when you pull them back they start and play a dyno run type of sound
they also have light up headlights and the stereo in the back lights up
also if you squeeze/push the front axle sideways it plays a tune and the lights go off.
I'm going to try and post a video from my digi cam later
i will take a pic of them with a matchbox for size comparison
they were part of my present to myself from x-mas work bonus otherwise 25.00 shipped is steep even thought they have alot going on for so small

OK, you got the dark one already. The envy green one is still on sale in stores so you should be able to still find one of those.

 

Yeah I got the purple one a long while ago, destroyed th others, lol.

Would like to find another though, only found one.

 

I still see the purple multi pack ones from time to time. I only bought one and gave the rest to a friends kid to keep.

 

There was 3 or 4 more sets today. Could pick up and ship if you want. Heck, I will be in PA on the 7th for a Gus commercial...could carry it out.

edit: Says 2006 on the box. Could be old stock coming out of the Toys-R-Us back room or warehouse?

Not really a re-release, but there is a lot of cars from previous years on the shelves right now. I am a pretty big Hot Wheels collector and have noticed at several stores cars from as far back as 2004 showing up on the shelves in the past couple of weeks.

 

I need to make a Toys-R-Us run tomorrow .....I'll see what's available locally. I've seen the multi pack with the purple xB, I don't know why I didn't pick it up
