Well welcome to Sion Life first. Now to try and answer your questions.
I personaly have 19400 miles on my xb with 19" wheels the ride is a little bumpy on bad roads but over all is still quite nice as far as lowered cars and trucks go.
Freeway driving is good power is nice will pull well from about 50 to 80 . some days it seems better then most. Only draw back is rpm at 80 is 4 grand but just yesterday i was pulling to 90 in 5th with out problem power has gotten better as milage has gone up.Only thing i am dissapointed in ti overall gas milage (but it could be tire wheel combo) first few tanks before wheels 350 plus no problem now it seems 240 to 280 is average but i also drive agressively, i have a customer who says he gets almost 40 mpg so it is driver related. Over all tyhe xb is a great car. I have had zero problems. Hope this helps oh yea mine is polor white this color or thundercloud seem to be the easist to keep clean but with hotlava avali. who cares

Gotta go for the Limited Edition Hot Lava xB. ;)

xB does I think 37mpg on the highway. I've driven one up to about 70 on a 4-lane road, was pretty stable. It's probably very easy to clean, not sure yet.

Delivery fees are the same to all the dealers, and i'm not sure what they are. Probably $4-500.

Delivery fees is INCLUDED in your MSRP invoice. Go to Scion.com and price out what you want. The site will automatically included those fees. Your out of pocket expense is and should ONLY be Taxes, Registration, Processing. The fee that is included in the price is $495.

Get the ThunderCloud Metallic. It is easier to clean!! BTW, depending on how bad the roads are, the car is is NOT mid size sedan where the suspension is soft (ie the Vic, or Camry). It's a bit rough (you can feel the bumps) on road cracks. Just take a test drive and drive on roads where you might be driving on.

The TC Metallic is prob one of the easiest to keep clean... But the black looks way CLEAN right after a nice wax! I have a black XB and right now i'm on an every other week wash/once a month wax rotation and it's working fine... Thats probably what you'd expect with the blue color too. Blue looks sweet! That was my secondary choice.
