New Old xB Spyshots?
Hey guys - not sure exactly where to post this, since it's not really clear what model it's about! Anyway, on the CarDomain blog, they've got some spyshots up of some pretty heavily camo'd cars, but one looks like the *old* xB - are there any other models out there that have the same bodystyle? Any ideas?

hmm, that def a 1st gen xB. dont see any differnece though.
they also may have just been transporting them to a different facility. cause you dont see many masked cars in groups.

Nope. How do you get a 1st gen xB from that? Look at the distance from the wheelwell to bumper. Look at the distance from rear door to wheelwell. Not the same body at all.
If that doesn't convince you, ask yourself: roof rack??????

I mean - it sure LOOKS like a 1st gen xB - just very odd to see one in camo. The second thought is that it's a mule wearing an xB body and I was thinking pickup, but I dunno - it's a pretty good disguise if that's what it is!

.....
It's the xB2. o_0
Seriously! Look at the dimensions! Look at the length! Look at the protrusion of the front bumper!
Look at the covered up rear "window!"
The A pillars are fake and so are the D pillars. It's an xB2 dressed up to look like an xB cLassic.
This must have been before they revealed they were all bubbley.
I'm going to go slam my head in a door now.[/i]

Honestly man... i don't think that's it. I suppose it could be an xB 2.0 mule, but AFAIK, these pictures were taken REALLY recently - like in the last few days. Why would they still be camo'ing it? They just introduced the xD and xB 2.0, and this obviously isn't a refreshed tC, but it could still be that truck or some yet undisclosed model, right? Also, didn't Scion say they were going to roll out a few new things at SEMA this year? That's not that far off...

It being a test mule--they maybe testing an engine a tranny or just using it for transportation. It was obviously not the body style for the new xB, but it looks like all the test vehicles that were posted here for the last 6 months or so....

It's an xB time machine from the past. Toyota patented the flux capacitor back in 2003 and traveled to 2007 to mess with us on SL. They then decided against adding the flux capacitor option on the xB because they were scared we would all travel back in time to give ourselves sports almanacs and make riches on sports betting. Great Scott! This clearly is the only explanation!
