Yes it is a All Stars not Red Exclusive.... I actually picked it up at a local gas station! Was one of the only times I was not upset about the pump being out of receipt paper.

If I locate anymore you will be first in line.

I found a sec gen Xb at Bi-mart. it's a transformer. they call it Soundwave. it's blue with green pinstripes. picked it up for only $8. it's from the Transformes animated series.
