Yeah, pic works. The vinyl however, isnt my style. If you like it, then thats all that matters. However, the cut looks good, and it looks like a true flame, rather then some one who didnt know what they were doing.

BTW, dont be surprised if you have trouble with the law. They tend not to like reflective materials on the sides of cars, they say it is a blinding issue at night, if someones head lights hit you from the side or angle, the reflection may cause a glare. Just giving you a heads up.

 

you guys have problems with reflectiveness there??? hell we got dump trucks down here that have fully polished aluminum Dumps on them...

 

the rest of the flame is not bad

but im not feeling the front part (fender)

 

that looks great. i just started doing my own graphics. i change mine every couple of weeks just to practice using the software.

 

Yeah, the buckets are aluminum, but look where they sit in relation to head lights. They sit higher then eye level in a car, thats why DOT will let the lil buckets have their aluminum bodies.

 

no worries from the police, I talked to the chief of police of my town ... says my vinyl is not an issue... this guy won't steer me wrong, known him since I was a kid ... I like the look, yes it is a bit chunky in the front, but I kinda dig it, wouldn't like it if they didn't add the xB in the front

Yeh KiL .... I didn't do it .. the vinyl shop did though ... I told 'em I wanted flames and a Logo on my hood .... I went to pick it up and saw the Scion under the flames and went ... been done, but looks cool in chrome....

They also added the xB overlay of the chrome in the front ... but since they did it for cost of vinyl ... I wasn't about to ask them to take it off ....

 

the graphic is a good start, but the actual style of the flame is not what i would use. as long as you like it, then it is great and that is all that you should worry about. chrome is hard to take care of with vinyl. maybe do a two layer vinyl next time with chrome as an accent.

Yeah .. speaking of using chrome as an accent ... it was going to be chrome with a blueberry overlay... but they said it looked better without it ... I wasn't there so I went on their word... all in all, I kinda like it, but it's in no way done... just a nice temporary fix till I have my paintjob done ... going to wait till fall for that though... Kinda have to finance my move to FL b4 I drop 5K on a paintjob
