I been thinking about get some under car LED online when I walked into my neighborhood Advance Auto Parts store that now carry LED lights. Any one konw anything about OPTX LEDs? It would be nice to get it from a local store if possible but I want to know if they are worth the $180.

Easy to install and look really nice with all the different colors. I got the solid color ones to save money. Right after I got mine they put these on sale. Now I wish I had waited, I would have gotten them.

 

everything i had optx i loved
have the headlights, undercar kit, interior neons, and i have individual led's.
not a complaint out of me.

Was it easy to install? Did you have to drill holes?

 

The only holes I drilled was to mount the side bulbs brackets right by the rocker seam. The wire plugs go in through the 2 plugs already in the floor under the carpet. Then get routed up under the dash or where ever you decide to mount the control box.

 

got the kit. love it, of course you have to drill holes to install, unless you are going to do a shotty job and just use zip ties.... which i would NOT reccomend. the kit is awesome, i got it from advanced auto for 150ish i think. must have raised the price.

 

I bought the Lite Glow kit for $99.00 on Ebay Very bright and east to install Even glow under car even lowered 2 inches

 

does the Optx model have the strobe light feature?
