Default Pics For The Last Time

So tomorrow is the big day! I should be trading my '06 PW xB1 in for an '08 BSP xB2. It's a sad, but happy day! I've loved every single minute of the 2 years that I spent with it and am looking forward to the new one. Go ahead and bash me all you want xB2 haters! I've heard it all!

Here's some pics from today. I took it and washed it for the last time, so I thought I would take some pics before I let it go. Enjoy!

I'll go ahead and list all of the mods I added over the last two years. It's been a fun ride.

Injen Short Ram Intake
Magnaflow Catback Exhaust
Painted Dash (Metal Flake Orange)
Custom Speedo Face
Orange and Black Light Cold Cathodes
Fog Lights
Intake Ports
Custom Grille
18" G-Racing Rims
Megan Racing Springs
Removed Rear Wiper
Removed Rear Emblems
ScanGaugeII
2 10" MTX Subs and MTX 1000 Watt Amp
Cleared Corner Lights
Rear Wheel Spacers
I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of them right now.

I can't wait to start on the xB2!

I don't know exactly how much it was. I went to Big O and they did it for me. They also threw on the longer studs. I think it was like $60 to do it and it was well worth it.

The intake ports I made myself.

The dealership that I traded it into didn't want me to change anything on it.

A "TRUE" xB person would never sell out for an xBII SUV. Go ahead and get over to the xBII owners lounge where ya belong. just playin. ha ha
Good luck with your desicision. Remember, second thought regrets are a biatch.

So they gave you a higher trade in because you left the mods? That is strange. They sometimes give you less because they have to un-personalize it before it can go on the used lot.
Unless they gave you full price for your wheels I would have kept them, sold them and applied them to your loan principal.

The manager at the Scion dealership that I went to is in the club. He told me he wanted it just the way it was. I didn't ask any questions. I didn't feel like dealing with any of that.

your loosing money by leaving the mods.
i test drove en TCM 05 befor i got my 06.5 PW that had a tun of stuff done to it. 19s, TRD springs, TRD exhaust, TRD cluch, TRD short shifter, TRD cold air intake.
the grand total spent by the original owner was $24,000.
the dealer was selling it for $16,000 and it only had 34k miles on it.
ive seen stock 05s with that milage go for $13,500.
i know the guy that ended up buying it hes a member on here, and he loves it. it was a steel at 16K.

dude you stand to make so much more it you part most of it out. besides you always get jacked by doing a trade in.

Exactly right! I passed one the other day and that was my first impression of it. It looked like the new Element. The one minus all the black body cladding.

The new 08 xB has "American Car" spelling all over it when I look at them. Can't help it.
