When I did telephone tech support I gave my supervisor a demotivational poster for her birthday. I chose it because the operations manager had the motivational version on the wall outside of her office. We taped it to the inside of the tech support door. When coworkers from other departments opened the door they couldn't see the poster. The operation manager's poster said, "Rule # 1: If we don't take care of the customer, someone else will" while tech support got apathy.
