Default proud new owner of Black xB

Hi,

As far I as I know I'm the only owner of an xB in north central South Dakota. I am a priest, actually, and I bought a an xB to replace the Ford Escape I rolled coming back from services two weeks ago (guardian angles were looking out for me - nothing but bumps and bruises, but the car was totaled!) I love my new car. It matches my clothes (its black to match the clerics), and it does get its share of looks. I'm on the Standing Rock Indian Reservation, and I have to say that I have the most unique car around!

God Bless,

Father Tony

p.s. I might get around to posting pictures when I have the time.

Default ...Cabin Air Filter...

You may want to put a Cabin Air Filter in the Cabin Air Filter tray that is behind the glove box. Scion does not provide one. Scion will sell you one for about $22, but go to AutoZone or Advanced and buy one for $12. Or make one yourself after reading the thread in the TECH section called 'Fabricate your own Cabin Air Filter'.
See the do-it-yourself instructions and photos showing you how to pop the glove box off it's plastic hindges to access the empty Cabin Air Filter tray.
Post Photos.

Nah, the tray comes empty. It would cut to deep into their profit margin.

Yes, I am a Catholic priest. I belong to the Diocese of Rapid City, which takes care of the entire state of South Dakota west of the Missouri River. Specifically, I'm assigned to the Standing Rock Indian Reservation, along with one other priest and a deacon. Welcome. Same color I picked.

Your the first priest in the Scionlife, I know of, although we've have several ministers of other religions on life.

Good luck with you xB, it will be good for hauling things around your big parish.
