Rattle in driver's inside door handle area when stereo on
try taking the door panel off, take off the tweeter mount, unscrew near the handle, then unscrew the base where you grab the door to close it, then pop that base out of the door frame, then unscrew the controls for the windows from that thing, then put the controls back in the door, and grab around the outside and the whole thing pops off
theres these little aluminum rivets that hold your speakers in place, i noticed them when i replaced all my speakers, and i left the aluminum things in, and rattle hell it was,, if thats not your problem, just leave the door panel off and turn the radio on and listen until you see what it is.
hope that helps.

i had the same problem. try doing wut mike suggests if your dealer won't fix it for yu under warrenty. sure, it's fun to DIY, but if yu mess up and break sumthing, then you're screwed.
my dealer insulated my driver side door for free when i told them wut was wrong.

i had rattles in my driver door when the window was all the way down, but if i put it up just a bit it would go away because the window was filling the gap. the dealer i had took it to said its cuz the volume of radio and dint do anything. but now my passenger front door rattles with window all the way up when listening to radio. i have a service apt next week at a different dealer to have them look at it. ill see what they do about it.
