Default Recent work on the 06

I have an 06 Xb with 67k on it and recently did some work on it:
-replaced the rear shocks with Monroes and the ride improved noticeably after a few days.
-replaced MT fluid with the Royal Purple according to the suggestions in the threads. No change or improvement at all.
-Took the slack out of the Cruise Control cable. What a change!!! Cruise kicks in instantly now!!
Overall I am always amazed about how absolutely easy these cars are to work on and how much technical help we get out of this forum.

Thats because most RP is a GL5. GL4 is better for our man trans. Next time, go with Redline MT90: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...&highlight=gl4

I used RP 75/90 which is supposed to be the right stuff for the Scion.

go to http://www.rostra.com/cruise-control.htm, click on technical support, find
250-1755 and click on that. Look for the section that tells you how to install the bracket....

I stand corrected.
