Removing taillights
Where are the 10mm bolts that secure the taillight to the body? What is the best tool to remove them with... 10mm wrench or 10mm swivel socket?
I removed the access panel and felt around in there but only felt two smooth posts... didn't feel like they had nuts on them.
Thanks.

They're in there. Get a flash light and look in it at an angle looking back at the lights. What you will need is a socket with like a 3 inch extension on it. Not that hard once you find the bolts. Good luck.
Paint them with red stained glass paint for the 'red-out ' look. The clear doesn't look good IMO on a white car, and all the aftermarket tail lights are so horrible looking I can't even consider getting a set.
are you going to paint inside the cover or outside....if it's outside you can just pop the cover out from the housing....use a flathead screw driver but be careful not to crack the plastic cover. i did it. check my avatar.

its MUCH EASIER to take out the 2 bolts and just do it that way
if u feel inside - the 2 posts you feel on the taillight assembly are where the nuts are secured... u cant miss em
