It'd be far cheaper to just import a bB... you'd have to completely re-design the interior, re-organize the engine compartment probably, and redo the steering. Now go pass safety standards.. good luck. Import a bB and save yourself the headache.

from what ive seen done to a crx in my area by my friend...he mentioned something about a 'front clip' (basically front end;/dash, steering, pedals, tranny...?) and attaching that to his usdm civic crx..

though if you find out on importing a bb, seriously pm me about it.. ive been looking into the same..

Yeah, but i haven't found any RHD conversion kits nor clips. (i've seen clips for integras) so i don't know. Importing a Bb would be freaking awesome, but i really don't have the money to do that right now unless i some how found someone to do an even trade! HAHAHA yeah, right.

Thanks for all the input guys.

RHDVIPbB in Louisville is working with an outfit in I think FL to get a bB or opendeck imported over here. I'd get ahold of him and checkitout

ahhh....ummm

There is currently one JDM bB in the US, that was owned by someone in the LA area, someone at a SoCAL dealership, non-registered that why you dont see it drivin around. I dont know if he still has it ...

I use to be an importer of RHD cars and I still have my connections, so let me know ...

RHD bB front clips are not in high demand, will not find any ......On top of that if you do get the clip you will have to cut it a little past the firewall and then spot weld the front clip on ....Not very safe and big headache ....dont do it....then if you live in CALI ....14 mo process to get it registered ....Blah Blah ...Im done...

RHD conversions are bad ___, but sometimes they're too much of a headache that most places dont want to sit there & convert your car. Good luck in your search.

i dont drive one everyday, but i have drove this one a few times:

Its not that you cant see the corners, you perception of the curb is different. Obviously if you are making a right in a RHD car the curb will be a little closer and you tend to take a wider turn so you wont hit the curb, but you can also look out the window to see how close you are.....another thing is mastering the U-Turn, very fun, you end up driving forward to a safe distance then turning, because again you dont want to hit the curb.....

As for the safetyness of the car, you are correct on that, because in Japan they dont require bumper supports, that means you get it hit, everything gets crushed.....also many more things, headlight pattern, blah blah ...again ....

I see a black car and a white engine bay. Something tells me that turbo isn't actually on that bB.

Style, unique, one of a kind basically as far as U.S goes. I might just end up importing a JDM-spec awd Bb. Not sure.
