WOOHOO, Call it the luck of the Irish! I was surfing the 4 local dealerships and came across an RS3 in stock from another dealership than the one I ordered from. Called Dub Richardson Scion of OKC, OK and now it sits in my driveway. I love it! Proud owner of an Envy Green......YIPPPEEE, finally I own an xB. They didn't even have a chance to bring it to the front of the lot yet. It came in yesterday and I happened to find it first. While there, another guy bought a Shadow Mica(?). Told him to come and join SL. There should be one being available one of these days at Bob Howard Scion of Edmond, since I already found mine, #142 out of 2200. BTW, it only had 4 miles on it. Totally stoked!

Congratulations!! I am glad you were able to get one from another dealership. I had a horrible experience at Bob Howard in Edmond back in August when we were first shopping for xBs, that is why I am went to Norman. So far they have been good to me. According to the dealership, we should be getting ours in about 2 weeks.

Oh? I thought you would have gotten yours by now, SoonerFever. I'm sure you'll be really happy with it. It's really neat in person. I already ordered my floor mats, cargo mat, scuff plates F&R, before the car came in. Do it online, it's cheaper. I got an additional $400 off the price of $17, 775 plus $49 paper proceessing fee. So I ended up paying $17,4xx. I used the college credit bonus of $400, for being a May 05 Grad and gainfully employed at the FAA.

None of the RS Scions (any model) have had the front Scion emblem in the grille.

Default You got yours yet?

It's great fun after you debadge the back and watch people walk all around your box trying to figure out who makes it.

Did you get your Bride's yet?

Started mods on mine. https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...367279#1367279

Hang in there people. The box is in the mail.

Did you "order" verbally, or with a purchase order?
Have you already taken delivery, or are you waiting?

If you are waiting, with a verbal order, then unless you sign a purchase order and pay a deposit, I don't think you can be sure the car will be sold to you instead of someone else.

I talked to a dealer in early January, who wrote the price breakdown and total on the back of his card, and then he included the xB I wanted in their next order. But he said when the car either landed or was traded for, I would have come back and "put my name on it". The dealer said that meant do a purchase order and pay a deposit. Otherwise, they could sell it to someone else who wants that car and who is willing to sign a PO and pay a deposit.
