Well I lucked out and I'm in the looking mode for a new vehicle.

This is definitely at the top of my list now! Maybe I'll get lucky, plan to talk to a dealership this week and see what they know!

I have been reading these forums for awhile and I beleive I will be buying my first xB this month! I just saw this RS4 and I love it. Im hoping a dealer here can get ahold of one as its right at my price range! and that is a good question...what to do if a part is damaged to get it to look factory again...

I have one "reserved" at my dealer. Their allocation information should be in on the 4th. They were going to get an auto and a 5 speed but changed it to 2 autos. There is one person ahead of me so if the get 2 autos i will have one . . . . please! Should get an arival date soon after the 4th.

They will try to match it but will prolly have to re-paint the whole vehicle.

cant wait to see this xB in person

why do i have to be on the 5 year plan with this thing :-(

I'm waiting for more of a Root Beer color. I thought about getting the Red Salsa and having a transparent brown sprayed over it, but not sure how it would come out.

That's a $5-6k Paint job and I do agree with you btw...I'll make some serious enquiries at the Dealer before I hand over my deposit...

I am second guessing myself now....

I can get more functional goodies on the xB if I get a standard vehicle and add on the stuff rather than spend nearly another 1000$ to add on what I want to already 16100$.

BLASTED!!!

it doesn't look as good as the previous packages though, it has the standard radio... and wheel covers, why put wheel covers on a release series?

The hubcap thing is covered in every thread. You get hubs because Scion expects people to get whatever rims they want. It keeps the cost of the car down which sits well with their whole idea behind the company.

A good optional plan for paint/body damage over trying to match the paint.

thats my thought, I've come so close to getting hit several times by those big tanks that think they are sports cars, you know suvs? if I get hit, I'm getting a couple of really high estimates, that won't total it, and taking it to my old boss to do the work, I'll wind up with a cf hatch, and the two tone bop/tp paint job, with gold leaf pinstripes covering the line from the two tone(like ford puts on their king ranch 2 tone jobs)

Default Pedal pic off site

It looks like they had color matched pedals on there too. Is that only with the manual, or was that just something for the pictures?
I guess its a no on the pedals. They took the pic off the page.
