What size tank did you set it up with?

I use 11 gal. Assuming 12 may leave you stranded some day.

 

NOt sure about the newer software but the gauge stops measuring fuel used if you exceed the size of the tank so setting it to 11 does not measure past 11 and if you are off a little or want that last 0.9 gallon reserve you can't tell how much of it remains as you use it once you go past 11 gallons. I find that the low fuel light comes on very consistantly at 10 gallons used from full so if you check fuel used at that point you know how accurate the reading is.

Check your throttle position reading and set it about 5 to 10 higher - mine is about 15 I think and I can press the gas a little and still be in cut off.

 

The SG manual says to set it 4 above the idle TPS. Mine idles at 11, so I use 15 for fuel cutoff, same as Jan.
