Default Scion Custom Billet Pedals!

We just whipped up 2 sets of these pedals for Boxzila and the Autowerks/ PTAP xb- check them out at http://community.webshots.com/album/98187974zWRxsb/1
Let me know what you guys think- we're trying to get with Toyota's legal dept. for licensing approval, so they're a one-off until then... any comments and suggestions are welcome!

I think we're going to re-work the gas pedal. I'm getting that a lot. Would people be interested in bB pedals, too? I want to keep our mill operator busy, so flood me with ideas- front door panel speaker grilles are next!

Loox great except for the gas, like a messed up pot leaf. Also, I've slipped many a times in the rain with such smooth pedals. These are on my road trips to penn. but we get weird weather too

I'm all up for the pedals, but I think the grip surface is a must, especially right now in the Bay area, so much light rain all the time

I'm diggin those pedals... non slip would be nice, but I do like that clean/ polished look. I think I'd deal with the possible sliping for the look. The stock pedals get slippery anyway, so there'd really be no change there. def a smaller logo on the gas pedal, or maybe three small logo's on the gas pedal. Might look sweet. Keep us posted, if ya can make 'em, I'm in for a set

agreed....except for the gas pedal I like 'em! Need some weather grippy stripping though!

The bB idea is a good one, but don't forget the xA owners!

How much are they?
can you make them for an automatic?
Is there any way to powdercoat them black?

Here is what I know so far about the pedals...Toyota is not licensing anything for Scions right now. So there is no way that we can sell them for a profit. Phil spent the better part of the day Friday talking to Toyota Corp Reps and basically they aren't going to look into licensed product until after the first quarter of next year. I think that these pedals are more of a show feature. If you guys didn't already know Phil and I both work for Fender Bender Inc. They are primarily lowered trucks and such so we are used to the bling factor. The gas pedal definitely needs to be reworked, but hey that’s what you do when you are making a new product. You put it out there for the masses to tell you what they think. Thanks for all the great feedback and when we hear more from Toyota about licensing we will let you know.

Vicki and Phil

P.S. Believe it or not that is a Toyota dealership steering wheel Yanges.
