Default Scion Security goes off for no reason

My Scion security keeps going off for no reason at all hours and in different locations.
The sensitivity is not set low at all. If anything I would like it a little more sensitive. So I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and what might fix it, other than a shotgun. Cause I'm still making payments. LOL
I'm dealer bound next. but I thought I'd check here first. And I did search this first.
Thanx.

My sister-in-law's box did this, and it turned out the battery cable was loose. Apparently the alarm goes off when you disconnect the battery.

My brother and I found this out the hard way when we d/c my battery to put some lights in, and nearly blew our freaking eardrums out.

yeah, the alarm can trigger on many things, and fluctuations in power is one of 'em. Are there any accessories you may have aded that might be randomly using power?

The only thing that is an extra power draw that I can think of, maybe, is the the Bazooka tube. It's the option one from the dealer. IYO do you think that could cause it?

No, the Bazooka should be OK.

Good luck with the dealer!

Mine is doing the same thing. J-rod, did you ever find out what this was. I was going to try and check the battery connections. Mine is an 05 with the original battery. I have no starting issues and battery seems to have plenty of life.
