Nice. Is that near La Plata or California by Southern MD? Never been to MIR.

Kudos to Scion of Waldorf. I haven't seen any Scion drag strip vids on ScionLife. Is this the first :?: As long as the cars are being noticed. Can I have Scion of Waldorf plate holders

BTW, who said that the xA looked like a Pinto?

Call Jason or Allen at Waldorf Scion and they will hook you up with the plate frame...they are really nice!

I dont remember who made the Pinto comment...it must be Moe, I mean Shawn!

as far as mods on the cars the xb ( driven by Allen) has AEM cold air, TRD spring and exhast, the xa( driven by me) just has TRD springs and TRd 18in rims
Why are you sad? I hope you didn't buy one of these cars expecting to run 14s in the 1/4 mile...

Considering both were autos, I don't think it's that bad. Plus, the big wheels didn't help. Try putting the smaller-diameter (stock) wheels on the front next time. Then again, that probably woudln't make much difference.

Looks like you had fun, and that IS all that matters.

You obviously missed my point. Running a 17,18,or worse yet a 20 second car at the track is like running the track in your mothers Caravan. Which BTW runs high 16's in the quater mile :D At least mine does . I ran my Caravan at the track the day my Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX blew a head gasket. That sucked but at least I got to run something, but it was embarassing     .
In bracket racing, it is driver consistancy that counts, not ET. I have a friend who won an overall in his VW camper bus! What's more, he had cold beer in the fridge for after he made his runs!

George
