Default Size of nut.......

I had a little mishap yesterday while installing my strut bar. While removing one of the nuts over the top of the strut under the hood my elbow hit the frame and the nut went falling down through the car vaporizing into nothingness. By that i mean it fell down somewhere under the hood where i'll never be able to find it. I searched and searched for a good HOUR! It didn't fall all the way through as i didn't hear it hit the concrete. Anyways, i'm just curious as to the size and thread size of this nut. I'll just go to lowes and find a replacement nut. So i know this is a long shot, but does anyone know the size/thread size of these nuts?? Or know where i can find out?

Here's a pic of what i mean. As you can see, there are 3 nuts on the top of the strut that hold the top of the strut to the frame. Notice that the one in the back on the driver's side is missing. I swear, it fell down so perfectly, it was almost as if it was meant to do it!

I'd try using a telescopic magnet in all the spots it could have fallen. I'd also just go to the dealer and get another nut to match the other 5 or change all of them over to chrome acorn nuts like I did.
